Sweet and Sour Chicken.

I made Sweet and Sour Chicken tonight.  The sauce was store bought (and not great, but manageable) but everything else I made myself.  And it was pretty damned good too.  I paired it with Sam Adams Imperial Stout.

How's the stout? I'd love to give it a try if I can find any in the godless frozen north; turns out we have a couple good Russian Imperial Stouts/Porters in the area, and I've been indulging in the genre lately.

Bluntobject, the stout is good. It goes great with a cigar if you're into that, but it fine by itself as well. I've really enjoyed it.

Kris, it was very good. My only complaint was that the sauce wasn't as good as it could be. I used store bought stuff, and I think I'm going to have to look into making my own.
